The website Il SommOlier is operated by Dario Masciaga (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
Access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products, imply that the user has read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Il SommOlier selects and markets high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly due to label restyling carried out by the producers.

2. Prices

All product prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and are displayed and calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Shipping Method (Dropshipping)

The user acknowledges that the Seller also operates through a dropshipping sales model.
This means that the products may be shipped directly from the warehouses of partner agricultural producers.
In the case of orders containing products from multiple producers, the user may receive separate shipments.

4. Payments

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods indicated at checkout (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay).
All transactions are secure and encrypted.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
